DESCRIPTION & DETAILS
Alexander Marine are pleased to have AGAIN SOLD this 2011 Grand Banks 52 Heritage EU
'Anne II' was a rare, late model, highly spec'd blue water motor yacht from the Grand Banks shipyard. She had had modest use in her few short years afloat. She was powered by upgraded twin low hour Caterpillar C9's which provided a sprint speed of close to 20 knots. She was Naiad fin stabilized, and also featured a hydraulic hi-lo swim platform - which was also capable of storing her AB 3.85m RIB (or alternatively a Jet Ski). A roof mounted crane permitted tender storage on the hardtop also.
She was equipped - again rare - with a factory flybridge hardtop and clears. Her spacious flybridge had ample seating for guests and included three Stidd helm seats, wet bar with fridge, and stainless steel electric BBQ.
'Anne II' featured a three cabin layout, with a midship full beam owner's stateroom, V-berths in the forward cabin (with an infill for conversion to a double), and a starboard side guest cabin with two single athwartships bunks. The master cabin had its own toilet and separate shower stall, while the forward and guest cabin shared a head and separate shower stall - which also acted as the day head.
Other cruising necessities onboard included air conditioning throughout the vessel, water maker, and full laundry facilities via separate Miele clothes washer and Miele clothes dryer appliances and full dishwasher. Her decor and colour choices made for a modern presentation of a classic and timeless Grand Banks model. The cockpit featured a fixed table along with a unique removable seating system.
We are the official Australian Grand Banks dealer. As such we benefit from superior product knowledge and the ongoing resources of the Grand Banks Factory and production staff. Buy your next Grand Banks with utmost confidence via our office.
