Alexander Marine are pleased to have SOLD the 2021 Sunreef 70 'Ginette' in collaboration with Ocean Independence, who represented the seller. 

The 2021 Sunreef 70 'Ginette' is a luxury sailing catamaran that masterfully blends performance, comfort, and innovation. Designed for extended cruising, 'Ginette' offers an expansive layout with premium amenities, sophisticated finishes, and an exceptional balance of indoor and outdoor living spaces. With a four-guest cabin layout, additional crew accommodations, and a well-appointed flybridge, this yacht delivers an unparalleled experience at sea. 

Starting at the stern, the large hydraulic swim platform provides effortless water access and serves as an ideal spot for relaxation. Wide teak steps on both the port and starboard sides lead up to the teak laid cockpit, where an inviting aft bench seat wraps around a dining table, complemented by additional seating. The cockpit is equipped with an ice maker, ensuring chilled refreshments are always at hand. 

Entering the saloon to starboard, you are greeted by a spacious and light-filled living area. A large u-shaped sofa with a height adjustable table that converts into a bed for extra overnight guests with room for additional seating creating the perfect social hub. A Hi/Lo 55" LED TV offers entertainment at the touch of a button, while a 32-bottle wine cooler ensures fine vintages are kept at the perfect temperature. Air conditioning runs throughout, maintaining a comfortable environment regardless of the climate. 

The galley, adjacent to the saloon to starboard, is thoughtfully designed for both convenience and functionality. It features a full-height fridge/freezer, under-bench fridge and freezer, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. Additional freezers are located in the bilge, providing ample storage for extended voyages. This well-equipped galley ensures seamless meal preparation, whether for casual dining or formal entertaining. 

The accommodation layout includes four luxurious guest cabins and three crew cabins. The portside midship master cabin boasts a king-size bed and a private ensuite, offering a haven of comfort. Forward on the portside, a guest cabin features a queen-size bed with an ensuite. On the starboard side, two additional guest cabins provide accommodation: one with a queen-size bed and the other with a convertible twin bed, each with private ensuites. Crew accommodations include a starboard aft cabin with a double bed and ensuite, a port aft cabin with over-and-under single bunks and ensuite, and an additional forepeak crew cabin. A separate Miele washing machine and dryer provide convenience for long-term cruising. 

The flybridge, accessed via a cockpit staircase, is a standout feature, offering an elevated entertaining and relaxation space. A centerline U-shaped settee surrounds a dining table, creating a comfortable alfresco dining area. Dual helm seats to port and starboard provide excellent visibility and control, with state-of-the-art navigation equipment. A stainless steel BBQ on the flybridge ensures easy outdoor grilling while enjoying panoramic ocean views. 

Below deck, the engine room houses twin John Deere 225hp engines, delivering reliable and efficient propulsion. Twin Kohler 20.5KW generators provide ample power for all onboard systems, while the Sea Recovery watermaker ensures a continuous fresh water supply, making extended stays onboard effortless.
